How to Register on the Support Portal

The support portal has its own separate login, which is different from the one you use to login to your course's members area. To access your tickets on this support desk, you need to register first. My login to the support portal isn't working

Please note that your login for the student members area (where you access the course training) will NOT WORK on the support portal. You need to register for the support portal separately from HERE (https://support.blueprintcentral.com/login#register) if you haven't done so already.
