The support portal has its own separate login, which is different from the one you use to login to your course's members area.
To access your tickets on this support desk, you need to register first. Just go to https://support.blueprintcentral.com/ and register by clicking on the "Login" link at the top right and then the "Register" link in the center of the page.
After you have registered, you will then be able to login to view the status of your current tickets.
If you ever forget your password for the support portal, you can use the Reset Password link on the login page.
Remember you can also create a new ticket for a new issue/problem you are facing just by sending us an email at: email@example.com
